About LMF Construction
LMF Construction is looking to continue to grow in the 3rd party multifamily construction world and is looking for a strong person to build our Business Development department.
Our success stems from our comprehensive approach. Our understanding of the multi-family market and prospective clients, along with our ability to identify unique areas of potential for each project, ensures long relationships with our clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Business Development required.
- Experience in a leadership role is highly preferred.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Construction or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing business development strategies that have resulted in significant revenue growth.
- Strong communication skills and email etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Your Role
- Establish a clear and consistent framework that guides the design process, ensures quality and coherence.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers, architects, and other clients. Implement strategies to improve client acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company’s brand and services. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
- Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
