Hunter Dallas joined Leon Capital Group in 2015 as an Investment Associate where he is responsible for managing the firm’s private equity investments and assisting in growing the alternative investments portfolio. In this role, Hunter is responsible for the financial modeling and due diligence for investment opportunities as well as the monitoring of the portfolio companies and ensuring the execution of their business plans. Hunter will also be involved in the acquisitions and underwriting of opportunistic real estate investments across all asset classes.
Hunter began his career at Caterpillar Financial in their finance leadership development program where he served in multiple capacities ranging from debt restructuring in the construction and mining industries to corporate development, and advising clients on their optimum capital structure. Most recently Hunter was at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the real estate financing group within the Investment Banking Division. At Goldman, Hunter was involved in over $1.5 billion in debt financings with an emphasis on structured products in markets across the United States.
Hunter received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
