Through a joint venture with Hillwood, one of the world’s largest owners and developers of logistics warehouse space, our company formed an investment fund to acquire and develop industrial assets in the European Union. The venture manages capital for multiple institutional partners, including sovereign wealth funds and large pensions, with a total deal capability of over $600 million.
