Leon Industrial Breaks Ground on Industrial Park in Fort Worth

August 28, 2024

Riverbend East, the Firm’s Newest Project, Highlights Continued Growth in DFW Region

Leon Industrial recently celebrated the groundbreaking of Riverbend East Industrial Park, a new Class A industrial project near the intersection of Interstate 820 and Texas State Highway 121 in Ft. Worth.

“We’re thrilled to announce the start of Riverbend East, a project we’re confident will attract a broad range of occupiers from across the metroplex because of its central location and close proximity to major employers and labor populations,” said Sean Wood, President of Leon Industrial.

Riverbend East comprises two buildings totaling 236,000 square feet and can accommodate tenants between 26,000 and 148,000 square feet. Both buildings feature modern Class A amenities including 32’ clear height, ample auto parking, LED lighting, ESFR sprinklers, 1600A power, and 135’ truck courts. Future plans for the project include a third building totaling 56,000 square feet that features over two acres of outside storage.

Steve Trese, Wilson Brown, and Brian Gilchrist with CBRE have been engaged to lease the project.

Leon Industrial’s portfolio currently totals approximately 3,000,000 square feet including two new developments that delivered in east Dallas earlier this month, Town East Logistics in Mesquite (194,000 square feet) and Centerville Commerce in Garland (150,000 square feet). Leon is also recently under construction on two projects near the intersection of Trinity Boulevard and Highway 360, MOVA Logistics (135,000 square feet) and Trinity360 (187,000 square feet), both delivering in mid-2025.
