- In 2013, Leon Capital Group acquired a vacant block of land in the Houston CBD for the development of a 6-story podium apartment project. Downtown Houston was poised for a new wave of growth with over 3,000 residential units planned or coming on line over the following four years.
- Leon Capital Group was able to obtain tax incentives from the Downtown Living Initiative Chapter 380 Program, which was designed to promote economic development in the east side of downtown. The initiative provided a discount to the City of Houston property taxes over a 15-year period.
- Construction of the project was completed in Q3 of 2018 and is leasing ahead of proforma.
