Through our single tenant investment platform, Leon Capital Group utilizes its knowledge of who the most active national retailers are, how they are growing, and where they need additional locations to guide our search for sites featuring exceptional market fundamentals with multiple options for potential end users. With this program, Leon Capital Group acquires properties speculatively with an objective to either deliver ground lease-ready sites or to perform build to suit development for our retail client relationships.

When evaluating multi-tenant shopping center investments, our goal is to acquire infill assets in submarkets with substantial barriers to entry and strong demographics that are desirable to multiple national retailers. Whether acquiring centers with vacant box space in need of redevelopment, or dated assets in need of renovation and re-tenanting, the driving principles behind our evaluation of investment opportunities are acquiring well located shopping centers with numerous retail demand drivers at an advantageous basis.

Land Acquisitions
In addition to single tenant and multi-tenant asset acquisition, Leon Capital Group also makes strategic investments in large, high demand land positions in key markets. Though most of these acquisitions are speculative in nature based on our knowledge of demand drivers and demographics, often times the assets are acquired with significant active negotiations with anchors, shop space tenants, and pad site users.
