Blake Schroeder

Blake Schroeder serves as a Managing Director at Leon Capital Group with a primary focus on multifamily acquisitions and asset management. Blake began his real estate career with Fannie Mae, focusing on risk management, loss mitigation, and loss sharing for Fannie Mae’s Multifamily DUS platform. The exposure gained from Fannie Mae’s national presence led him to the role as an Underwriter for ACRE Capital, a Fannie Mae DUS lender. While at ACRE Capital, Blake underwrote over $100 million in multifamily debt with a focus on market rate and LIHTC properties. As an underwriter, Blake was responsible for property inspections, credit risk, income/expense analysis, and loan sizing. Blake grew up in Austin, TX and received a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
