Bradley Secrist

Bradley Secrist serves as a Director at Leon Capital Group with a primary focus on industrial land acquisitions. Bradley is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing land acquisitions for the development of industrial projects as well as coordinating and overseeing the diligence and closing process. Prior to joining the company, Bradley held roles of increasing responsibility in land acquisitions and development for energy companies such as Chesapeake Energy, Ascent Resources, and Montage Resources (now part of Southwestern Energy). Most recently, Bradley was a Partner at Martin Legal Group where his law practice focused on the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements for land and other asset acquisitions. Over his career, Bradley has participated in over $2 billion of asset acquisitions. Bradley received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree magna cum laude with a double major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Arkansas, where he played a contributing role on the Razorback baseball team. Bradley also obtained a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Oklahoma.
