Carl Starry

Carl Starry serves as the Executive Managing Director of the Multifamily division at Leon Capital Group. Carl is responsible for directing development of ground-up projects, portfolio oversight and asset management for the company’s Central U.S. region. Carl is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in land acquisitions, financing, development, construction management, and asset management. He has over 20 years of combined hands-on construction, construction management, retail development, and multifamily development experience with world-leading organizations like Trammell Crow Residential, The McShane Companies, Palladium Group, and Staubach Retail Services. His focus has been on developing, constructing, and managing luxury residential and mixed-use properties, and he is proud of the fact that, for many developments, his teams have been awarded local, regional, and national recognition. Carl received his undergraduate degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
