Corbin Stall

Corbin Stall serves as a Director at Leon Capital Group where he is responsible for acquiring existing well-located infill industrial assets and development sites. Corbin’s responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating underwriting, due diligence, site acquisition and execution of new investment opportunities. Additionally, Corbin oversees the operation of LCGs infill legacy asset portfolio (~900K SF across DFW). Prior to joining Leon Capital Group, Corbin was a member of the Boston, MA office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Corbin’s primary responsibilities included investment advisory services across product types. His experience includes underwriting, evaluating, marketing, and structuring industrial, office, and life science transactions. During his career at JLL, Corbin was involved in over $350 million in transactions. Prior to JLL, Corbin worked at Stream Realty Partners, DFW within the firm’s industrial leasing and tenant representation group. Corbin attended Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government while playing a contributing role on the Big Green’s football team.
