Crystal Martin

Crystal Martin joined Leon Capital Group in 2018 and currently oversees Asset Management for Leon Capitals national portfolio . Crystal has over 17 years of experience building, implementing and executing marketing and management strategies. She has an extensive background in a wide variety of markets such as California, Colorado, Nevada, Atlanta, North Carolina and Texas. Prior to joining Leon Capital Group she has been responsible for portfolio wide marketing, systems training, marketing automation, and transitions. She has led executive teams in building the infrastructure of successful management platforms across the country. She was most recently Vice President of Operations for a large 3rd party management company where she oversaw a diverse portfolio. Crystal holds extensive experience in predevelopment, new construction lease ups, high-rise, mid-rise, garden and mixed use projects. Crystal received her undergraduate degree from University of North Texas.
