Derek Deckard

Derek Deckard serves as Executive Vice President of Construction at Leon Multifamily. Derek is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for all multifamily construction projects in the Central U.S. Region. Derek has been involved in the construction industry since 2000. During his career, he has worked across the United States as an Owners Rep, General Contractor, and Construction Manager. Through the years, he has been involved in the design, construction, and development of a variety of projects that include a presidential library, data centers, retail, student housing, multifamily, university, and K-12 .  Derek holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
