Vice President

Felix Saenz

As a Vice President at Leon Capital Group, Felix Saenz is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, feasibility, and ultimately, the acquisition of land sites for multifamily development in the DFW market. He enjoys problem-solving the complexities of site acquisition and real estate development which are defined not only by future possibilities, but also present constraints.

Felix began his real estate career with Venture Commercial Real Estate as an integral part of their Land Team, where he specialized both in the acquisition and disposition of retail, multifamily, and mixed-use land development sites, representing clients such as HEB, Leon Capital Group, JLB Partners, and Hanover Property Company.

Prior to land brokerage, Felix served as a teacher in public high schools in the metroplex. Working with students, he learned to deliver complex information in meaningful ways, to create a vision for the future, and to generate excitement around that vision.

Felix graduated from Baylor University with a B.A. in Classical Languages and Literature and a minor in Philosophy. He is involved in both The Real Estate Council (TREC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
