George Radigan

George Radigan serves as the Managing Director for Business Development for the Direct Investments division at Leon Capital Group.  With an emphasis on healthcare, George is responsible for sourcing platform acquisitions, add-on acquisitions, transaction structuring, strategy execution, operational excellence, and seeking new ways to achieve organic and inorganic growth.

Mr. Radigan joins LCG from North American Dental Group, a Pittsburgh-based dental support organization. While at NADG, he was a Partner in the company responsible for evaluating and executing investment opportunities throughout the platform and partnering with existing doctors and groups to implement strategic and operational initiatives while developing and executing on company growth initiatives.  He helped grow the company from inception to over 260 locations spanning 13 different states.  George has been party to several hundred healthcare transactions ranging in size and complexity.  He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of Wooster.
