Vice President, Portfolio Transformation
Gordon Phillips serves as Vice President for Portfolio Transformation at Leon Healthcare Partners. Focused on LHP’s early stage healthcare platforms, Gordon is responsible for activities guiding strategy, supporting infrastructure buildout, and empowering teams in execution.
Prior to joining Leon, Gordon served as Vice President of Finance and Interim CFO at Infusion for Health, a network of ambulatory infusion centers. Leading teams across accounting, FP&A, revenue cycle, and strategy, Gordon oversaw 20x growth in location count and 10x growth in valuation over 3 years (bookended by private equity growth investments from Cimarron Healthcare Capital and Oak HC/FT). Before Infusion for Health, Gordon worked across healthcare industries in investment banking (Raymond James), corporate strategy (CVS Health), and Fortune 500 consulting (Monitor Group) roles.
Gordon received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from Williams College and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
