Development Associate

Perry Weber

Perry Weber serves as a Development Associate within the Multifamily division at Leon Capital Group. His responsibilities cover all phases of the development process including deal sourcing, financial underwriting, feasibility analysis, project financing and asset management. Prior to joining Leon, Perry was a project coordinator at GFF Architects & Planning, where he gained valuable project management and design experience of over 2,000 Multifamily units on all phases of the feasibility, design, and permitting process.

Perry earned his master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Kansas and pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University.
