Ray Abraham

Ray Abraham serves as a Development Manager at Leon Capital Group, with a focus on managing ground-up industrial development across various markets in the United States.

Prior to joining Leon Capital Group, Ray was a Project Manager for CBRE in the Atlanta, GA office; where he served as owners’ representative and oversaw design & construction project controls for multiple clients in the Southeast.

Ray started his career in development with RaceTrac Petroleum, where he managed the pre-development project lifecycle of over 20 development projects totaling over $80 million in capital expenditures.

Ray holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Kennesaw State University.
