Ryan J. Pritchard

Ryan’s real estate career has been dedicated to the healthcare and senior living asset classes. Prior to joining Leon Capital Group, Ryan was employed by JLL, Welltower, and Hines. During this time Ryan had varying responsibilities including investment, development, and asset management. Most recently Ryan served as the Senior Vice President of Investments for MedCore Partners, one of the premiere healthcare real estate and senior living firms in the country. Throughout his career Ryan has raised capital, executed transactions, and formed partnerships with industry leading healthcare providers and senior living operators. Ryan earned a Batchelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University.
