Scott Lyday

Scott Lyday joined Leon Capital Group in 2015 as Construction Manager for the Multifamily division. As Construction Manager, Scott is responsible for the general oversight of the construction process and quality control on all LCG’s Multifamily development projects, as well as budget development, programming, project scheduling, contract negotiation, consultant management, and construction management.

Scott brings over 10 years of commercial and multifamily construction project management experience, with background in multifamily, Class A office, hospitality, medical office, and educational. Scott received his undergraduate degree in Environmental Design (Architectural Studies) from Texas A&M University in 2006 and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
