Scott Milke

Scott Milke serves as the Vice President of the Carolinas Region for Leon Capital Group. Mr. Milke brings over 20 years of extensive multifamily and retail-focused development and construction experience with him to the firm. His primary focus at Leon Capital Group is to ensure the successful execution of multifamily and retail projects under his purview, from pursuit to disposition.

Mr. Milke received his Master of Business Administration degree with dual concentrations in Finance and Strategy from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, and his Bachelor of Science degree in
Construction Management from the M.E. Rinker, Sr., School of Construction Management at the University of Florida. He is also a State of Florida licensed Certified General Contractor, a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional (LEED BD+C), and an American Institute of Constructors Certified Professional Constructor (CPC).
