Thomas started his career at Yardi Matrix where he gained exposure to multifamily markets across the country. Recently, Thomas worked at Mark-Taylor Residential on the business development team which oversaw the addition of over 1,000 multifamily units to the company portfolio during his tenure. Thomas is a Phoenix native and graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Urban and Regional Development.
