Tucker Gagen

Tucker Gagen serves as a Vice President for the Direct Investments team at Leon Capital Group. Tucker sources and manages platform investments, with a focus on strategy, operations, capital structure, and growth. Currently Tucker oversees Mattison Avenue Salon Suites & Spa and Scrub-a-doo Car Express Wash.

Prior to Leon Capital Group, Tucker was at a Dallas-based family office where he was responsible for financial planning and analysis, treasury management, and investor relations. While there, he was also a member of the M&A team that facilitated the sourcing, due diligence, and execution of over a dozen transactions.

Tucker earned a bachelor’s degree in environment and business with a minor in economics from University of Waterloo, and is a CFA Charterholder.
