Veronica Longan

Veronica Longan serves as a VP of Investment for Healthcare Real Estate & Senior Living at Leon Capital Group. Veronica manages underwriting standards and processes, investment strategy creation, and deal execution for healthcare real estate and senior living acquisition and development. She also plays a critical role in capital raising and portfolio allocation of the Partners Healthcare Real Estate investment vehicle.

Before joining Leon Capital Group, Veronica focused on acquisition and development of ambulatory surgery centers at SCA Health corporate development team partnering with various health systems, physician practices, and private equity groups. Prior to SCA Health, Veronica worked at Civitas Capital Group and JPI Companies and was responsible for acquisition and development of multifamily, senior living, and office assets. Veronica has an undergraduate degree in Business Communication from Sun Yat-sen University, China, a graduate degree in market research in University of Texas at Dallas, and an MBA from University of Texas at Austin.
