Kyle Upper

Kyle Upper serves as Regional Managing Director for the Multi-Family Division of Leon Capital.  Kyle is responsible for leading the effort to expand and manage the multi-family development pipeline in Florida from initial site selection through project harvesting.  He will build out the firm’s development platform in the Orlando and Tampa markets with potential to expand to other markets in Florida and the Southeast.

Kyle grew up and has lived in Florida for over 30 years. He is a long-time Real Estate Executive with a proven track record.  His previous experiences include managing a national land portfolio as Executive Vice President, creating and operating a multi-market Florida land platform as Vice President of Land, and leading complete business units in Orlando, Tampa, and Atlanta as Division President for national single-family homebuilders.

Kyle attended the University of Pennsylvania where he first caught his fever for the Philadelphia Eagles.  He has been a Board Member of HomeAid America since 2019 including Orlando ’s inaugural chapter launch.
